I just love this sports bra!
I do wear it with another bra underneath just to add more support when I run (my personal preference). It is supportive by itself for any other exercise though. I love the quality and vibrant colors!

I have this bra now in 3 colours. Very comfortable and I find it to be medium in support. I am a natural 12DD/14D in other bras (34DD/36D) and buy these in size large - as per their size chart. Bra is perfect for light or medium intensity exercise like strength training or walking but I would probably want something more supportive if I was say running.

I was skeptical on ordering shorts online, I have specific needs and concerns (mainly bottom seams cutting my thighs making them look flabby and weird) but was so pleasantly surprised, these fit great, lay perfectly flat on my body.
